Primary Accountabilities You will be responsible for operating the front desk which includes performing a variety of general reception and administrative duties such as: Operating radio/telephones. Data entry. Processing mail. Photocopying, scanning and faxing. Processing the sale of various hunting & fishing licenses and permits. Assisting in preparing, organizing and maintaining an electronic/manual file management system. Maintaining and updating several Departmental/Government databases and computerized systems. Assisting in the management of the Park Registration/Reservation System. Acting as Commissioner of Oaths in accordance with the Notaries and Commissioners Act for Administering Oaths.
