Purpose Leads and oversee Global Equities Trading, Corporate and Investment Banking Technology globally ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Direct the development, approval and execution of strategic plans, policies and standards surrounding systems development, business analysis, business stakeholders’ management, project management, project implementation and production application support for Global Equities Trading, Corporate and Investment Banking Technology. The incumbent works with the business unit management and forms alliances on projects, operational decisions, financial planning, technology vision, execution strategy and delivery, including vendor management. Accountabilities Leads and drives a customer-focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Handles all aspects of Global Equity Trading in Global Capital Markets business portfolio, which includes Front Office, Back Office and Audit review and findings. Provide leadership and oversight for the bank’s Corporate Banking technology team, support the business line day to day and implement strategic projects. Leads and oversees the department globally; ensuring business and technology strategies, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations, and internal policies and procedures. Delivery and management of highly complex technology programs which consist of multiple IT projects for multiple business partners and stakeholders, across multiple business units.
