As a Senior Operations Manager at JLABS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our facility while prioritizing health & safety, property, customer satisfaction and program growth. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of operational, customer-centric, compliance, and financial aspects, including overseeing resident on/offboarding processes, managing customer experiences, and fostering strong partner relations. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in maintaining regulatory compliance, enhancing customer engagement, and driving facility excellence. The physical operation of the incubator facility is the most critical risk aspect of the JLABS Incubator business because of the Environmental Health and Safety, Intellectual Property and security risks involved in such an operation. It is also of upmost importance to protecting the J&J brand given the scope of supporting up to 50 different legal entities on site. Given the high level of risk with operating such a facility, the Senior Operations Manager partners closely with internal J&J stakeholders as well as their site team the manage and mitigate such risks.
