Job Details: Salary Range: GBP 25,628 : GBP 28,326 per annum Work Location: Elizabeth II Court, Winchester Hours per week: 37Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date:14 February 2024 The Role: Hampshire County Councils new social care case management system, MOSAIC, is externally hosted and largely configured by Childrens Services. As a result there are several service management responsibilities that will, for MOSAIC, be delivered by Childrens Services staff. Mirroring Hampshires IT support model for Microsoft O365, the Childrens Services Department will provide first line support for the new system such that user training related issues, data issues and technical support issues can be appropriately triaged, with IT expertise being reserved for true IT technical support issues. Successful individuals will join a team of enthusiastic analysts, data quality and collection officers, O365 leads, transformation, technology, and system specialists to support the department to meet its reporting, performance management and forecasting needs, as well as providing direct support to end users with core systems, primarily the new social care case management system.
