Job Description Duration: 8 months Positions Available: 1 Intake Date: Monday, May 6, 2024 Application Deadline: Monday, February 12, 2024 (we will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis) Minimum Qualifications: Must currently be enrolled in a recognized and accredited Canadian post-secondary institution throughout the duration of the co-op term. You must also be returning to a post-secondary institution after the co-op term is completed. Depending on the needs and location of the team, you will need to work PST or MDT or relocate to a specific office (Vancouver or site-based) Desired Background: For this position, we are specifically targeting students who have a background in Business or Computer Science who have an interest in data analytics, process improvement, and project management Responsibilities Supporting program " wiring and metrics" reporting and processes Working across multiple teams to collect data Refine reporting to continuously improve program management Consolidate Lesson Learnt from completed projects Prepare Power BI reports for Project Data from various systems Develop automated processes for Data quality verification and cleansing Review and update stakeholder personas, review and update training materials and reference guides, data analysis, perform system/automation hygiene checks Qualifications Background in Business or Computer Science is required Experience using Excel, Power BI, SQL for data analysis is an asset Able to work effectively independently as well as part of the team Proven ability to learn innovative technologies and platforms quickly, accurately, and efficiently Ability to communicate with precision in a technical environment Able to articulate complex concepts clearly and in a way a diverse audience would understand Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures Why Join Us?
