This position is only available for those who have right to work in the UK and have a Social Work Degree. Benefits for you as Team Manager: Hybrid working Relocation allowance of up to £8,000 eligibility criteria applies Free parking28 days holiday per annum increasing to 32 days after 5 years’ service Statutory pension scheme Excellent training development opportunities Responsibilities for you as a Team Manager: Line manage a team of Senior social Work Practitioners and casual staff. Participate on the rota average of 25 of your working hours Demonstrate a personal and professional example to the team by demonstrating the values and behaviours of the Council. Attend meetings when necessary. Implement new initiatives and work closely with all partner agencies, Requirements for you as a Team Manager: Social Work Degree / Diploma in Social Work Social Work England Registration Must hold a full UK driving licence. Significant experience within a front-line Childrens Social Work setting Management or Supervisory experience A working knowledge and understanding of relevant Social Work legislation and regulations.
