The firm has been servicing its clients for over 125 years, and they are looking to hire an ambitious candidate into their growing Court of Protection team. Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Court of Protection Chartered Legal Executive to join an outstanding full-service law firm based in Newcastle. The firm has been servicing its clients for over 125 years, and they are looking to hire an ambitious candidate into their growing Court of Protection team. Working within the Court of Protection team, handling a full caseload of complex high value matters you will on deputyship matters with vulnerable adults and children with a particular focus on cases involving brain injuries. You will be responsible for drafting applications and complex documents, managing complex negotiations, advising families on deputyship matters and work alongside large multi-disciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor, ideally with upwards of 4 years Court of Protection deputyship experience, with exposure to high value cases who has handled cases relating to brain injuries.
