The Role: As a Senior Accounting Manager, youll report to the Client Director, ensuring efficient accounting service delivery, collaborating with the Tax Department, and managing workflows. Duties: Provide expert financial advice to predominantly small and medium-sized owner-managed businesses. Lead a team to deliver comprehensive accountancy services. Manage a diverse client portfolio. Monitor job progress, WIP, and billing targets. Prepare / review accounts for limited companies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations. Foster positive client relationships. Provide technical advice and mentor team members. Requirements: Previous experience working as an Accounting Manager or in a similar role. Possess 5+ years PQE Post-qualification experience ACA / ACCA qualified accountant Skilled in IRIS, Sage, Xero, and Quickbooks. Full UK driving licence. Benefits: Competitive salary.
