As a Senior Development Lawyer, you will be involved in advising and assisting clients on all aspects of real estate development, from site acquisition and planning to construction and disposal. You will work with some of the most prominent developers, investors and public bodies in the UK and abroad, and handle complex and high-value transactions. You will also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor more junior lawyers and contribute to the growth and development of the team. To be considered for this role, you should have at least 4 years PQE in real estate development, gained at a reputable commercial or regional firm. You should have excellent technical skills and knowledge, as well as strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills. You should also be able to work effectively as part of a team and manage your own workload independently.
