Essential Functions: The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is a member of a seasoned HR team responsible for providing a high level of thought leadership, guidance, and advice to business leaders across Hydro One. The Sr. HRBP acts as a strategic partner, serving as a consultant to a client group, inclusive of Director + leadership teams. The role backsses and anticipates HR and business-related needs and assists in the development of people strategies to influence outcomes and achieve desired business goals.
