As a Fraud Analyst you will report to the Fraud Systems Manager and be a FLP Subject Matter Expert working closely with our finance partners in providing a unified fraud strategy across both parties to maximise customer experience and minimise fraud. You will represent the department on all projects that have an impact on internal fraud systems (Accertify, Inauth, Iovation etc) functionality. You will be required to maintain and develop functionality within the Accertify system to drive customer and network quality and prevent fraud and assist in the definition and delivery of fraud prevention systems and strategies with the aim to increase profit across all sales channels. Responsibilities: : Develop strong working relationships with external finance partners fraud teams to devise a cohesive and collectively beneficial fraud strategy: Chair regular face to face risk meetings with finance partner and their specific fraud teams with regular intelligence sharing, collective reporting and core KPI delivery: Extensively analyse credit application data to establish instances and sources of attempted fraud and ensure intelligence shared with finance partner: Produce accurate, timely and relevant MI including fraud: to: sales ratios and system effectiveness both regular and Ad Hoc to Senior Management Team and internal customers: Developing sound professional working relationships with Product and Channel owners and management, building their confidence and acquiring an understanding of the business: Effectively communicate project changes in systems, ensure.
