The Company: I am looking for enthusiastic and experienced Events and Sales Manager to join this fantastic and growing bars group in London. You will be responsible for developing a sales team, coordinating sales operations, and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently. We are looking for somebody with background in events/sales and F&B. Experience with booking large groups in large capacity venues is essential. Key Responsibilities Deal with all incoming event enquiries in a timely and professional manner Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships Liaise with clients on their event briefs and create bespoke proposals Upsell where possible to ensure maximum profitability Create detailed event documentation for smooth handover to operations Maintain and update the event diary and CRM system Handle incoming enquiries for conference, meetings and events Create bespoke proposals specific to the client brief Follow up with clients to generate return business Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar role within events or sales Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and multi-task Ability to build and maintain strong relationships If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your CV to Kate B Or call COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
