Fresh Co banners in the West and in Ontario Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Responsible for the collaborative development of the annual and quarterly Marketing business plan for Discount banners Create and maintain brand expression and standards for the Discount format Oversees go-to-market strategies for each banner -- bring an innovative mindset and apply a 360-degree and digital first marketing approach to help the banner win in the market Drive strong collaboration and integration within the broader Marketing team and with the Merchandising and Operations teams Track and report Discount Marketing program performance Accountable to lead and develop innovative promotional and marketing plans that support the Discount banners Accountable for development and implementation of organization’s strategic priorities and category marketing Accountable for development, management and reporting.
