Position Overview The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking an innovative individual with strong community health skills for the position of Community-Based Direct Service Nurse. The Unified Referral and Intake System (URIS) is a provincial program that assists community programs in providing safe and supportive environments for children with physical health care needs. The Community-Based Direct Service Nurse works collaboratively to provide community programs with health care plans for children with physical health care needs. The nurse also provides training and monitors community health personnel that are responsible for these children.
