You are customer focused and very professional. Additionally, you enjoy metrics and strive to continuously exceed expectations and standards. In this fast paced role you will: • Post and apply payments • Contact customers about payments • Partner with nursing home facilities regarding payments • Ensure all required metrics are consistently met • Work in SAP and Microsoft Office • Provide a high standard of customer service • Various data entry related tasks What you have to offer: • Relevant education in Business/Accounting (i. e.
