Develop and implement a winning cheminformatics strategy that optimally utilizes state-of-the-art AI and ML technologies Derive information, insight, and knowledge from experimental and in silico data through the development, implementation, and application of AI/ML-driven predictive and generative modeling approaches Work closely with project teams to build and deploy effective generative AI workflows that contribute to the design of high quality compounds in all drug discovery phases Utilize active learning strategies to generate high throughput workflows for virtual screening and processing of large datasets Evaluate and deploy novel AI approaches relevant to cheminformatics As member of drug discovery design teams, work closely with molecular modelers, medicinal, and synthetic chemists to evaluate and advance compound ideas and generate testable hypotheses using sophisticated cheminformatics methods Develop drug discovery knowledge and skills beyond the domain of expertise Collaborate with other R&D teams and contribute to Alkermes' enterprise vision of utilizing AI Communicate scientific results effectively internally as well as in external presentations and publications PDN-9b2c65d3-b081-4c97-82cb-40d56a7f3db0
