Responsibilities: As an HVAC Maintenance Engineer with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of HVAC systems. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC equipment. Diagnosing and resolving issues with AHU's and FCU's. Utilizing Building Management Systems to monitor and control HVAC systems. Adhering to SFG20 standards for efficient and effective maintenance. Key Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 City and Guilds qualification in HVAC services. Proven experience working with Air Handling Units AHU's and Fan Coil Units FCU's. Familiarity with Building Management Systems BMS is preferable, though training will be provided for the right candidate. Thorough knowledge of SFG20 standards.
