With multiple branches worldwide, they have earned a stellar reputation in the industry. The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join their team. You will be an integral part of our clients dynamic team, working on exciting projects averaging over £60M in value. Responsibilities: Produce precise technical drawings and 3D models using Revit and Auto CAD. Ensure designs conform to regulatory and industry standards. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Engage with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Apply your expertise in retail and commercial projects to propose innovative solutions. Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Requirements: Previous experience working as an Architectural Technologist, or in a similar role. At least 2 years of experience in a UK-based Architectural Practice. Possess experience in commercial and retail project work. Proficiency in both Revit and Auto CAD. Immediate availability or the ability to join on short notice is highly desirable.
