$40,000 + PER YEAR EARNING POTENTIAL! We are currently seeking Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Collections Specialists to join our growing Call Center team! We are looking for professional candidates who possess a solid work history and enjoy working in a competitive environment.This position offers a $15.00 base rate plus monthly bonuses/commissions !Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, long term disability, life insurance policy, accrued PTO, and a 401(k) plan. New hires are eligible for most benefits after 90-days.The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications and skills: Fluent in English and Spanish. Excellent communication skills. Great multi-tasking skills. Self-motivated and results oriented. Calculate percentages and successfully perform other basic math functions. Strong negotiation skills are a plus! Ability to work as a team and independently. Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls while developing resolutions for past due accounts. Maintain a positive attitude that supports the organizational culture and encourages teamwork. A three-week training class (Monday- Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM) will be provided to all new hires. Attendance is 100% mandatory during training to ensure your success. Potential training bonus for all new hires! Job type: Full-time ***SCHEDULE:*** Mondays: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.Tuesdays: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.Wednesdays: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.Thursdays: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.Fridays: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (if NOT working Saturday) or 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. (if working Saturday)Occasional Saturdays: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
