Engineering Technician

Description:
Ideal candidate will join the Hollywood Test and Evaluation Team in hardware development, test support, and experiment buildup. Preferred skills include instrumentation, electrical systems, data acquisition setup, and test support operations. This position will work with the engineering technician team as well as engineers in the successful development of defense technologies. Basic Qualifications: Position requires an Associate's Degree in a related discipline and 5+ years of experience working in a similar capacity (experience may substitute for Degree). Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus. Data Acquisition systems, AC and DC wiring, CAD, prototyping techniques, set up and testing of aerospace components or systems, manual or CNC machining and/or welding. Other Qualifications: High pressure aerospace tubing assembly, Hydrostatic testing, and TIG welding exotic materials.
