As our Service Manager, you will monitor financials and drive our KPI's by implementing action plans resulting in revenue growth in the department. Building a solid team, empowering service employee owners to contribute ideas that will be considered to implement is essential. Coaching and leading by example our Guiding Principles to team members. You will participate with the local community college to recruit Service Technicians. You will work daily with our Service Advisor assisting as needed with invoicing work orders, preparing estimates, and taking customer calls. How will it make you feel when you drive down the road and see a Link Belt excavator or a Bobcat skid steer, building a road or a bridge that your family members will drive on? That would not be possible without your team of top of the line service technicians. We help build our community making it better for generations to come. You will need to be pretty computer savvy and have a great personality. If you really enjoy helping others, this is for you.
