Madison Regional Health System job share of Nursing Assistants and Health Unit Coordinators to fulfill 12-hour shifts in a hospital setting. Our nursing staff gets to work a flexible schedule that includes day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts to provide a healthy work and life balance. Nursing assistants at Madison Regional Health System are responsible for assisting nursing personnel in providing patient care. This unique position will provide care to patients of all ages. Must possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills and maintain emotional stability in emergency setting. Nursing assistant experience preferred. The Health Unit Coordinator responsibilities include clerical duties, reception duties, requisition supplies, and services as directed. High school diploma or equivalent education required. On the job training provided. Medical terminology or medical secretary training preferred but not required. Full-time positions come with Madison Regional Health System's benefits package and a competitive salary. MRHS offers retention pay to individuals who have worked at the facility for greater than one year. Madison Regional Health System employees receive a discount at the on-site cafeteria.
