About the Role: We are seeking a high-energy and detail-oriented Superintendent to join our team as we expand to the Indianapolis area. The position will facilitate $30-50M projects and will be instrumental in our continued growth and success. By working with senior management and leading the field, the ideal candidate will have established relationships with area trade partners. The Superintendent is a key contributor to the overall success of our project teams. Why join the Midas family? Oversee quality assurance and identify potential issues. Produce RFIs, submittals and change order requests. Review drawings and specifications. Work with project superintendent and project manager to prepare a schedule of construction activities. Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications within allotted time schedule. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure they perform their work effectively and within project schedule. Maintain a clean and organized job site.
