Lynntech is offering an outstanding opportunity to a qualified candidate. Specifically, the Materials Science group at Lynntech is seeking a talented and self-motivated candidate with specific hands-on experience in the design and preparation of polymer products, rubber products, and polymer composites.This search is for someone with very specific skillsets in the design and preparation of polymer products, rubber products, and polymer composites. Therefore, candidates lacking direct expertise in these areas need not apply.Minimum qualifications include having a Ph.D. in Chemistry or Materials Science. An additional 1-3 years of professional (industry) or postdoctoral experience is preferred, but not required. Individuals must have effective communication skills. Specifically, the candidate must be able to effectively bridge the communication gap across disciplines, and between technical and non-technical teams. Grant proposal writing experience is highly valued for this position.A qualified candidate is also expected to have effective organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively and work productively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.To be considered for the position, candidates must submit their updated resume or CV highlighting their experience and education in response to the qualifications identified above.
