Window Washer PT & FTJanus Building Services is seeking dependable applicants part-time window washers for local retail and commercial businesses. Applicants must pass a background check, have reliable transportation and have a valid driver's license.Duties and responsibilities include Cleaning windows for commercial and retail businesses. Applicants must be able to work from ladders as well as standing, climbing and bending for multiple times daily. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Applicants need to be able to communicate with customers professionally and must be able to work in Midwest climates.Positions are available in the Quad Cities area. Applicants must be dependable, honest and trustworthy. Attendance is extremely important. The employer will do a background check. EOEStarting hourly wages $ 11.00 per hour with paid training.
