The Costs team provides a service to their fee earners who deal with the recovery of Costs in practice areas, their primary focus is dealing with the preparation of bills of costs, negotiation, and advocacy within the detailed backssment of costs proceedings. The Role: This is an excellent exciting opportunity to join one of the biggest costs teams nationally that are continuing to grow role. Youd be involved in preparation of bills of costs for detailed backssments as well as litigation of bills through the court process. The ideal applicant will ideally have one year experience working either in-house or for an external supplier and you will have experience in: - Drafting bills of costs - Negotiations - Costs Budget Preparation - Litigation through the court process - Advocacy experience is desirable but not necessary Salary & Benefits: The firm offers great exposure into Costs work which comes with excellent progression and self-development opportunities. The salary range dependant on experience is £24,000 - £45,000.
