Job Title: Facilities Coordinator Location: Harpenden, AL5 free parking available on site Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm 40hrs Hourly Rate: £18.27 PAYE or £22.00 via umbrella Starting: ASAP Duration: On-going/Temp to Perm if all goes well. Duties may include but are not limited to; Primary focus on delivery of all FM Operations SLA’s in accordance with KPI & Output measurements. Co-ordinate with FM Operations and Critical Service teams to deliver service level agreements. Support/Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective works arising. Comply with HSE requirements as outlined within the SLA and as instructed by the company policy. Act as a part of site Emergency team i. e. Fire Marshall, as required for emergency control activities. Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies in relevant books/documentation. Ensure all contractors, under sphere of control, operate within appropriate SHE processes and client HSE standards Conduct monthly self backssment SLA checks in support of quarterly contract performance requirements. Responsible for the image and visual standards of the site/s taking ownership of any issues or concerns. Carry out Mail Room activities.
