You will be joining a team that is both Legal 500 and Chambers ranked. The firm itself is a market leader across a range of commercial trade sectors, giving members of their team exposure to an exciting and varied caseload across a full range of legal disputes. The role: - Drafting Bills of Costs for both Claimant & Defendant personal injury, property damage, commercial, defamation, clinical negligence and construction - Preparation of Points of Dispute and Replies - Handling of low value to multimillion pound costs claims across multiple sectors - Preparing Precedent H Costs Budgets and Precedent Rs - Attendance at CCMCs, Application Hearings, Detailed backssments and final hearings for obtaining of Charging Orders - Advocacy experience beneficial but not essential as training can be provided Benefits: - Opportunity to join an ambitious firm that has more than doubled in size within the last 10 years - Hybrid working - Holiday allowance starting at 25 days per annum.
