We service high-level corporate executives, wealthy individuals, sports and entertainment clients. Summary of Role A unique opportunity to develop in the VIP business and leisure travel management industry. We are looking for a positive and ambitious individual who is looking to learn and grow in the dynamic world of travel. Date required - Immediate start. Salary & Benefits - Internship salary for the first 6 months. Once trained in our processes, we will offer a competitive starting salary should you be successful. There are also many other benefits in working within our group such as discounted travel and access to our employee rewards system offering many perks. We have had many interns who have progressed to a full time job. Key Responsibilities: - Working in our head office in the heart of London in Covent Garden how to book all travel for our VIP clients using native Sabre GDS (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) - Learning how to source the best & most cost-effective travel solutions including flights, rail, hotel, and all ground products - The completion of all daily administration tasks on behalf of the team including invoicing and general account management - Learning how to work as part of our team to deliver exceptional customer service to our portfolio of clients. Type of Clients: High-level and high-maintenance executives and companies traveling at least 2-3 times a week. We provide a hands-on travel concierge product delivering 24/7 travel and ancillary services. Other clients include some entertainment and celebrity clients.
