This Legal 500 firm has an excellent reputation for their work in real estate and are known to bring in quality work with long term clients, generated mainly from the Leeds office. If you have experience in Real Estate or Commercial Litigation and are looking for genuine career progression within an award-winning firm whilst working in one of the largest real estate teams, then this role will be for you You will become an important member of the real estate team, where you will be running your own caseload of corporate estate management transactions including international project management. You will be dealing with high volume and fast paced work, managing client relationships, drafting, and renewing a wide range of documentations including surrenders, lease renewals, licenses, freehold sales and acquisitions. The firm is looking for hands on experience, and to be considered you will currently be working as a Real Estate Paralegal and have upwards of 2 years’ experience in the field.
