The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, focusing on complex commercial real estate transactions, acquisitions, and financing. The role requires strong fundamentals, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and admission to the Massachusetts and/or Connecticut Bar.Duties:Represent developers in complex commercial real estate transactions, with a specific emphasis on acquisitions and public/private financing transactions.Handle affordable housing tax credit transactions, providing valuable expertise in this area.Demonstrate proficiency in title and survey review, drafting acquisition documents, and reviewing diverse loan documents.Collaborate effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless execution of legal processes.Requirements:3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, focusing on developers' representation.Strong fundamentals in title and survey review, drafting acquisition documents, and reviewing varied loan documents.Experience with affordable housing tax credit transactions is a plus.Admission to the Massachusetts and/or Connecticut Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Massachusetts and/or Connecticut Bar.Skills:Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.Top academic and transactional credentials.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
