The Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will collaborate within a robust QS team and reporting to the Associate QS. Please do not apply if you do not have at least 4 years of experience working in the UK. Responsibilities: Independently manage key local commissions. Prepare cost advice aligned with RICS guidance notes. Contribute to design team meetings by providing reports and client advice. Conduct quality checks on junior team members. Implement document management in adherence to QA procedures. Develop and administer tender documentation and processes. Draft contracts and manage post-contract cost. Generate valuations for progress payments. Create post-contract cost reports. Prepare final accounts. Attend and chair site meetings. Requirements: Previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role. Chartered status or possess relevant experience. Demonstrate an understanding of the commercial aspects of construction. Valid UK driving licence.
