We are seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator, for the right candidate we can offer a long-term temp to perm contact with an immediate start. Details: £12.50ph Weekly pay Monday - Friday Temp to Perm contract Role Monitoring the AP mailbox. Reconciling supplier statements. Scanning of all invoices/credit notes. Be accurate and have a keen eye for detail. Supporting the wider Finance team as required. Open and date stamp post and prepare invoices for scanning. Dealing with general enquiries from subcontractors and suppliers e. g. providing updates on overdue accounts. Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Must have a strong background working in accounts.
