Fostering Social Worker : Part time (4 days) Salary: GBP28,400 (FTE: GBP35,500) + GBP3,000 car allowance (which will be pro rata for 28 hours) Non Stop Care is looking for a Fostering Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Hampshire area, on a permanent basis. This is a part time role for 4 days per week (28 hours), allowing you to have more free time to spend with your family. Responsibilities: The Fostering Social Worker will be responsible for supervising Independent Social Workers including Form F backssors and Panel Members. You will also be involved in the quality assurance, conducting annual reviews and in overseeing the development of Form F backssments. You will have a hybrid role, so you will not have to go to the office every day, which allows you to have more flexibility with your schedule. They are therapeutic, which means you will be part of a multi: disciplinary team, working closely with therapists, fostering advisers, teachers and Supervising Social Workers.
