Your role This role, available on a 6 month FTC initially, plays a key part in driving our ambitions for the brand. As an experienced Art Director, you will work closely with the CMO, Head of Brand and Creative Lead to drive the aesthetic ambitions of the brand, collaborating with our talented team of creatives, designers and producers and breathing life into ideas through imaginative and compelling visual storytelling. You will be bold in your ambition to create cultural as well as commercial impact, and you will energise the team around you with a passion for the desires and aspirations of our core target audience. Key to this will be the quality of the visual treatments you conceive and direct, along with the way you collaborate with others to turn them into campaigns, content and retail materials that resonate globally, across all relevant channels, on behalf of the business, our customers and the causes we care about. More about the role Your primary role will be the development and execution of distinctive visual treatments, bringing to life the Body Shop's extensive product range and change: making brand credentials across our multi: channel marketing campaigns and content. You will conceive and direct quality visuals, along with the way you collaborate with others to turn them into campaigns, content and retail materials that resonate globally, across all relevant channels, on behalf of the business, our customers and the causes we care about. You will be responsible for executing our craft ambition to the highest standard across both stills photography and moving image. You will create a diverse range of content, including major campaigns, innovative branded content, retail materials and visual experiences. You will bring the same creative passion to everything you do and you will sell your work in persuasively, with intelligence, as well as supporting others in this endeavour.
