Plant Engineer to join a globally leading Chemical company based on one of their sites in the Blackpool area, on a permanent basis, for a salary of between £48,000 - £58,000 per annum. As the Plant Engineer you will be part of one of the world’s largest chemical manufacturers, who strive to bring transformational and sustainable solutions which address global material obstacles, every day, within a range of industries from Automotive and Aviation, to Medical and Electronics – creating smarter and more sustainable manufacturing solutions. The Plant Engineer will support the Manufacturing Leader with the delivery of the production plan to ensure risks are backssed and impacts are identified and managed to ensure delivery to targets. You will act as technical expert for the operational area to include process assets, standard operating procedures and operating systems. To be successful in this role as a Plant Engineer you will hold a good understanding and working knowledge of all processes, equipment and management systems, as well as holding a working knowledge of CI Continuous Improvement methodologies. The successful candidate with hold a degree in a relevant subject with either an Eng. Chemical or Process discipline being preferable.
