If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We're seeking an experienced and supportive Project Worker to join our enthusiastic team and provide intensive housing management to our customer group Young Parents, in which the age range is 19 : 25 years. We deliver a high quality service liaising with outside agencies including social care to be able to provide appropriate support to our Young Parents. If you want to make a positive impact to people's lives, this is a rewarding opportunity to come and work within an established and experienced team. The position of Support Worker is referred to internally at Sanctuary, as Project Worker. The role of Project Worker will include: : Providing safe accommodation for customers with experience of homelessness backssing and identifying customers' needs and referring them to relevant agencies: Working with statutory and non: statutory agencies on behalf of the customers, actively encouraging choice and involvement: Regular key working and support planning to ensure relevant support is provided to enable our customers to maximise their own potential and level of independence: Drawing up and maintaining relevant written records: Actively encouraging choice.
