The Senior Support Worker will be working in a Residential Adult care home supporting service users with learning difficulties between ages 31-65 of both male and female based in Worcester. The right person will be experienced in leading shifts and supervising staff, an excellent role model with a positive attitude. The Senior Support Worker is a permanent full time role paying up to £12.30 per hour equilivence of £23,025.20 working a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
