Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Develop and own strategy, planning, and execution for community banners including Thrifty Foods, IGA West, and Foodland Create and maintain brand expression and standards for community banners Oversees go-to-market strategies for each banner -- bring an innovative mindset and apply a 360-degree marketing approach Responsible for the annual Marketing business plan for Community banners Drive strong collaboration with Merchandising and Operations Team Track and report community Marketing program performance Accountable to lead and develop innovative promotional and marketing plans that support the community banners; creative concept development, in-store & out of store channel selection, creative briefs and/or creative dockets, and stakeholder briefs Responsible for community banner budgets related to National Marketing.
