We put you first: Flex and connected mode (telecommuting, flexible schedule) Profit sharing plan Telemedecine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions Accessible gym space or annual flexible reimbursement program Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) Salary range for Logistics / Dispatch Supervisor for this position is approximately 70-85,000/year At our facility in Calgary you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Speciality Product Group division of our team as the Logistics / Dispatch Supervisor : Ensure customer service that aligns with the standards of Cascades Transport Ensure continuous improvement and compliance with laws and regulations Engage and manage staff Efficiently manage operating costs Supervise dispatching activities Manage dispatching of shipments and follow up with different internal partners Respond to different requests from external clients, plants and truck drivers Ensure that pay and invoicing are accurate Provide support to the dispatching team and truck drivers Set up and participate in meetings for continuous improvement this position does require mandatory travel to Edmonton one time a month Bring out the best in yourself!
