Job Summary: We are actively looking for experienced candidates to provide technical and operational guidance and support to our Premier and Pinnacle franchise owners on a full-time basis in our Franklin, Tennessee location. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and the importance of consistency and detail orientation. Our Coaches work closely with our franchisees to introduce support tools the company has developed and assist them in recognizing the need to use and implement these tools to establish and maintain a successful business. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The key responsibility is to motivate franchise owners toward future goals and their financial success. Provide training and guidance to franchisees regarding customer service, staffing, software, and implementing, selling, and marketing programs designed to increase profitability. Provide technical resources to franchise owners. Respond to technical questions regarding the service provided and assist in problem resolution, escalating to leadership when appropriate. Support the legal department on issues involving territorial disputes and other legal issues. Assist with the collection of any payments and required documentation owed by the franchisee. Provide operational input to assist in building out SOP’s and efficiencies of this department. Mediate interactions between customers and franchisees. Ideal candidate will possess: Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, and an aptitude for learning new software and systems. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, and segmentation techniques. Strong knowledge of business operational knowledge, report writing, and financial statement review. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information related to the company and its franchisees. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highest attention to detail and accuracy with creative critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Coachability, friendly demeanor, and willingness to demonstrate ownership of job and department functions within our company while also being an amazing team member to the rest of our PFM Family! Position Details: This position is based in the Franchise Administration department reporting to the Vice President of Operations & Procurement. Role is full-time, exempt salaried at our Franklin, Tennessee location. Schedule is d ay shift Monday – Friday, with additional flexibility needed around important deadlines or cutoffs. Coaches are required to travel up to 25% for site visits, company functions, conferences, and tradeshows.
