The Digital Analytics Team proactively develop insights to understand and improve online sales performance. This role will help to maximise the online commercial performance using a variety of data sources including web analytics, data on traffic, conversion and order value to drive insights, actions and measurable improvements. Key Role Responsibilities : Provide regular analysis of ecommerce drivers in trading performance, traffic acquisition, conversion rates, funnel progression and sales: Work closely with Trading Managers and Commercial Squads to understand business requirements from stakeholders across the online trading and marketing teams, establishing challenges, and providing analytics solutions, for example, through dashboards: Produce insights that are easily understood by an audience with a wide range of data/analytics understanding, creating powerful stories to influence decisions: Provide daily / weekly / monthly trading reporting and analysis; turning this into actionable insight: Create competitor reporting and benchmarking, ensuring visibility to key stakeholders with any risk and/or opportunities: Combine multiple data sources and use big data tools to gain a holistic view of customers and their behaviours: Use statistical techniques to identify drivers of performance, better understand past changes and forecast into the future. Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience : Advanced numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use multiple data sources, solve complex problems, identify causation and deliver insightful and practical solutions:.
