Job Title: General Operator – Finishing Principal Duties / Responsibilities: • General support for the tool finishing cell• Packing and unpacking boxes to and from subcontract operations• Buffing tools• Grit blasting• Operating an automated super-finishing machine The successful candidate should have: • Have good attention to detail• Be a team player, confident and enthusiastic Hours of work - Days to begin with and then moving to alternating shifts AM/PM 39 hours per week you will be required to be flexible at all times. Shift premium and Pay - Starting rate for this position is £12.29 to begin with. With the additional shift premium, the rate will be £14.50 when working AM/PM shifts plus PRP bonus after probationary period.
