We are currently looking for an experienced Advanced Lead Clinical Pharmacist, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Boston, which is easily accessible via public transport. About the role: As an Advanced Lead Clinical Pharmacist, you will be working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service. Your main responsibilities as an Advanced Lead Clinical Pharmacist: - Provide specialist clinical pharmacist support to a designated Speciality andsupport to other wards and departments as appropriate - Provide medical advice and financial information to nursing, medical andadministrative staff for the Medical Directorate - Manage and supervise the work of pharmacists, pre-registration pharmacistsand technicians working for the Medical Directorate - Work with the shop Education and Training Team in developing anddelivering clinical training programmes on medicines in Medicine - Provide professional support for Medicines Information as required - Provide professional supervision in the Dispensary as required What we are looking for in an Advanced Lead Clinical Pharmacist: - shop degree Master/Batchelor - Registration as a Pharmacist with General medical Council - Medicines Management experience gained in a Hospital environment Some Supervisory experience - Prescriber qualification or willingness to undertake training to achieve prescribing qualification Whats in it for you as an Advanced Lead Clinical Pharmacist: - NHS Pension:.
