Recruitment and Training Officer Location: Wymondham Salary: A GBP 23,500 : A GBP 25,979 per annum Our client was established in 2016 with the purpose of bringing like: minded schools together to work in partnership to deliver a world class education to pupils in Norfolk and Suffolk. They currently consists of 7 secondary schools and 10 primary schools, educating over 5,500 pupils. The Trust are looking for a hard: working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of their College as a Recruitment and Training Officer. The Role The Recruitment and Training Officers primary role is to oversee all recruitment for the full breadth of roles within the College, including the coordination of interview days, being the first point of contact for all candidates, and acting as an ambassador for the College. The Recruitment and Training Officer will also be responsible for logging and monitoring all training across the school, ensuring this is completed within an appropriate timeframe, and organising refresher training as needed.
