Job details are as follows: Location of employment: 1950 Broad Street, Regina, SK, S4P 1X9Number of position: 1Job Type: Full time and Permanent Starting date: as soon as possible Salary: $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Education: High school graduation certificate Languages: English Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate and order ingredients and supplies Ensure food service and quality control Prepare budget and cost estimates Address customers’ complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Prepare food order summaries for chef Supervise and check assembly of trays Establish work schedules Supervision: Kitchen and food service helpers Staff in various areas of responsibility Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail Fast-paced environment Standing for extended periods Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills Flexibility Team player.
