The Role: As a JCB Plant Engineer, you will be performing maintenance, repairs, and services on customer machines to ensure a high standard of quality and safety. Responsibilities: Reporting any defects that may impact the safe use of a machine to the manager. Conducting inspections and repairing machines in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Ensuring timely and precise completion of all paperwork, both in hard copies and electronically. Efficiently ordering required parts for jobs and maintaining close communication with the parts team. Undertaking other pertinent duties aligned with the position. Requirements: Previously worked as a Plant Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role. Certification in Construction / Plant Maintenance or an experienced technician / engineer specialising in Plant Maintenance repair. Prior experience in diesel engines, electrics, hydraulics, transmissions, and fault finding. Valid CSR card. Beneficial Full UK driving licence.
