The Customer Support Analyst will work five 8-hour days per week with shifts to be determined between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm. Extended hours may be required on an as-needed basis during peak times of year. This position is eligible for a salary between $50,000 - $70,000/year CAD based on experience. What we are looking for: Have 2 to 3+ years of experience in a customer support role. Possess strong aptitude to maintain an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude and outgoing personality that inspires our partners and fellow team members; achieve high client satisfaction ratings. Assist in resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Ability to handle all aspects of the day-to-day operational activities that contribute to the ongoing success of the software service. This will include but will not be limited to: Handle Level I phone calls, emails, and tickets, this includes but it’s not limited to: ID/password assistance Data Imports Basic navigational questions Basic technical questions, troubleshooting reported issues and testing new features Conduct training webinars for clients on an as needed basis Miscellaneous Level I projects as requested by the Team Lead In coordination with the team lead and/or manager gather important customer feedback to assist the product owner in calibrating the development roadmap for future enhancements to the product. Creating opportunities for upsells and or cross-sells that can be referred to the Sales Team. Providing top-notch services that will delight customers to assist with the continuous improvement of web applications. Ensure proper escalation to internal stakeholder when customer timelines and expectations are at risk when dealing with ticket progress. Assist when needed with. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
