Our client has excelled within the North East market over their 125+ years of establishment and Sacco Mann have truly seen them go from strength to strength. They are a prominent law firm with an exceptional reputation across the North East region and have built an excellent rapport with their clients, including large companies, owner managed businesses, healthcare professionals and rural businesses, to name a few. Joining a team of 15 fee earners, your role as a Commercial Litigation Chartered Legal Executive will include handling cases independently in a wide range of matters whilst working alongside Partners on higher value and technically complex matters. You will also be working alongside colleagues in their Company Commercial, Employment and Commercial Property teams to work to resolve contractual disputes pre proceedings and also deal with contested matters up to trial.
