VP of Culinary Operations - QSRLocation: New York, NYSalary: 130,000 + My client, a well-known hospitality group, is on the lookout for a passionate Vice President of Culinary Operations in New York This presents an incredible opportunity to lead a talented team and deliver excellent customer experiences VP of Culinary Operations Responsibilities: Manage and lead culinary staff and back of house operations to ensure smooth functioning and operational excellence Establish and uphold strict control standards to ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and safety Develop and implement efficient and effective kitchen processes, cost controls, and strategies Support the creation and development of seasonal menus Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations in all kitchens Stay updated on industry trends and emerging culinary techniques to enhance the kitchen operations Collaborate with other executive teams to ensure the kitchen operations align with the overall business strategy Key Requirements: Proven Culinary Management Experience QSR experience and managing pop-up projects/ specials events is preferred Creative culinary professional with a passion for food and people Exceptional communication and organisational skills Ability to successfully lead and manage teams Financially savvy Interested Please send your resume in to xyz X@.
